You are currently on the website of DPii Telecom & Services. By accessing this website users undertake to comply with these terms and conditions of use.

Intellectual property:

Any unauthorised copying or circulation of all or part of the elements and information contained in this website is prohibited. The content is available for private, non-collective use.

As the intellectual property code, under the terms of article L. 122-5(2) and (3), only authorises “copies or reproductions strictly reserved for the copying party’s private use and not intended for collective use”, and analyses and short quotations used as examples or illustrations, “any complete or partial representation or reproduction without the consent of the author or their beneficiaries or assignees is illegal” (art. L. 122-4). Such a representation or reproduction, by whatever means, would therefore constitute an infringement liable for punishment under articles L. 335-2 and following of the French intellectual property code.

Databases:

In accordance with the provisions of law 98-536 of 1 July 1998 transposing into the French intellectual property code EC directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases, DPii Telecom & Services is the producer and owner of all or part of the databases making up this website.

By accessing this website, you recognise that the data of which it is composed are legally protected and, in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned law of 01/07/1998, you are prohibited particularly from extracting, reusing, storing, reproducing, representing or retaining, directly or indirectly, on any medium, by any means and in whatever form, all or a qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the content of the databases that appears on the website that are you accessing, and from extracting or repeatedly and systematically reusing qualitatively or quantitatively non-substantial parts of it, if these operations clearly exceed normal conditions of use.

Protection of data covered by the GDPR:

DPii Telecom & Services has made specific organisational arrangements in order to comply with the rules governing data protection. The Information Systems manager heads the data protection team. The Director has been named DPO (Data Protection Officer). He is responsible for checking the application of the GDPR and is the company’s point of contact for the authorities tasked with verifying the GDPR’s implementation: exercer-mes-droits-dpo@dpii-telecom.com

Subcontracting of personal data
One of the main obligations of subcontractors under the GDPR is to ensure the security of personal data. DPii Telecom & Services has therefore introduced the following resources in addition to the measures already in place.
Every employee is trained in ensuring the security and confidentiality of our clients’ data. An IT charter has been rolled out within the company. Employment contracts and the internal rules contain confidentiality clauses.
More generally, to guarantee its compliance with the GDPR, DPii Telecom & Services has included its data protection procedures in its ISO 9001:2015 programme, INTERTEK Certificate No. 0076200-00 (expiry date 4 June 2021). A “Subcontracting clauses” contract is available for clients who wish to put this issue on a contractual footing.

Records and analyses
DPii Telecom & Services documents the data processing carried out in its solutions and applications and so prepares its own records as required by the GDPR, in order to be able to provide its partners with the information needed to keep their own processing records.
As DPii Telecom & Services does not collect information that poses a “high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons”, a privacy impact study is not required.
Examples of such processing include large-scale processing; the processing of sensitive data (health data, political opinions and sexual orientation); and the processing of biometric data.

Incident management and transparency
Upgrading of incident management processes: DPii Telecom & Services is upgrading its incident management processes to ensure compliance with the obligations applicable since May 2018.
Alerts in the event of an incident affecting personal data: If personal data are breached, DPii Telecom & Services will inform the CNIL (French data protection committee) and its partners of this by email.
