EDC is DPII’s dematerialization solution. It allows dematerialization of any outgoing documents (bills, invoices, contracts, payslip…) and incoming documents (suppliers’ bills…), respecting legal standard & norms (France & Europe) ever.
PDF & XML are managed in accordance with GS1’s recommendations.
EDC integrates electronic signature certificate RGS* et RGS**, delivered by trusted authority. These guarantee the signatory’s identity (society or person), the integrity of the content & gives to the document a legal value. EDC also timestamps (RFC 3161° and archives (Z42-013).
Transmission of documents can be done manually through https://www.virtual-post.net platform, or automatically from a Windows directory (Word, Excel, Sage, CEGID) or through an API as a white label (Application program Interface) direct from your business applications.
