Only one software is installed on the AS/400 and data transmission is either made through a dedicated server system, or through DPII SERVICES.
 
The AS/400 sends the customers'messages to be transmitted and recovers in real time the transmission status of the transmitted messages. Sender is IMMEDIATELY informed of the message receipt by the addressee.

Messages are sent by FAX or MAIL :
  • Only the presence of the fax number or the mail address in the spool file generates the transmission method,
  • Possible insertion of overlay or logo with various fonts,
  • Follow up in real time of transmissions, message by message, in an outgoing queue out of a menu ; urgent status management : follow up of the erroneous numbers,
  • Acknowledgments of receipt (transmission status) via FAX or MAIL,
  • Parametering and supervision of transmissions,
  • Automatic management of the software start up, connection, transmission attempts , archives and purging...
