The present general sales conditions apply to all services and all orders contracted with DPii télécom.
OWNERSHIP RESPONSIBLITY
DPii télécom is not responsible for the existing data and telecom installations on client site. DPii télécom is not responsible for any data loss or alteration resulting from an incorrect client manipultion. Software is systematically covered by a provisional validation key during installation on client's system. The final key shall only be communicated by DPii télécom on reception of an original copy of the license agreement and financial balance of the charges. DPii télécom is a French designer company for telecommunication software, DPii télécom source and object programs are filed with an independent official Body. Software, for which a license must be granted, is subject to a licence agreement. Hardware only becomes a client's property once full payment has been made by client. INSTALLATION AND TRAINING FEES DPii télécom have all legal agreements necessary to dispense training services, fees may be accordingly deducted from the 1.2% French training agreement. Training package also includes travel expenses in France. DPii télécom's official training number is 11 95 0101 695. Installation and settings of software by DPii télécom for clients are subject to delivery slips, to be signed at the moment of operation. WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE Warranty : Warranty is for three months of the date of installation. Yearly maintenance fee is 15% of price list configuration, from day of warranty limit. Hot Line service : only available for clients who have a maintenance contract. Updated versions of software are also included. PAYMENT Software and harware : 30% deposite payment by bank transfer is due upon ordering, together with the license agreement. Balance, by bank transfer, is due upon receipt of invoice. Services : by bank transfer upon receipt of invoice.

DPii télécom trademarks and DPii télécom partners' trademarks are copyrighted. AS/400, OS/400, iSeries and eServer are IBM Corporation trademarks. Microsoft and Windows ar Microsoft Corporation trademarks. INTERNET SITE Software, texts, fixed and animated images, entire internet site, know-how, sketches, graphics and every element of this site are the exclusive property of DPii télécom. dpii-telecom.com is accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in case of a 'force majeure', such as technical computer and/or telecom problems and/or in case of maintenance. DPII SERVICES DPii télécom SERVICE is a service of messaging transportation and follow-up. It is subject to a separate and specific contractual agreement between DPii télécom and the client. DPII SERVICES are also subject to DPii télécom's general conditions. CLEANROOMS (DATACENTERS) DPII SERVICES is based on two cleanroom datacenters totally independent, totally secured to ISO 9001:2000 Normalization. They are available 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, except in case of a 'force majeure', such as technical computer and/or telecom problems and/or in case of service, all detailed in contact agreement. |
